PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is one of the most coveted certifications in the United States and the world. It is a certification that provides the foundation, tools and techniques, relevant project knowledge, and project ethics that are required to help project manager deliver a project(s) on-time, under-budget, and within quality standards; those pursuing the Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification will attend the same class as the person pursuing a PMP certification.
Walters Consulting will be facilitating “Traditional – In class” and “Virtual” PMP Prep courses. Typically, the “Traditional and Virtual Classes” will be offered over four consecutive Saturdays. However, companies that would like a 4- or 5-day boot camp, Monday – Friday, can contact Walters Consulting for “Boot Camps”.
